Return Process

  Securely pack your Kiwi Ears monitors and all original accessories, including cables and ear tips, in their original retail packaging.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided return authorization label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
